What is our Covid Policy?
For the safety of all guests and staff, ADGE operates under a policy of contactless check-in and requires that guests be double vaccinated.
Proof of vaccination will need to be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to check-in.
This is the ADGE commitment to be COVID SAFE , and to provide a safe, clean, healthy and environmentally friendly place to stay while in Sydney.

What hours is the concierge available?
Currently we are contactless check in and check out.
Will my room be serviced during my stay?
Your room will be cleaned for arrival. Any other room cleaning service will need to be requested prior to your arrival or during your stay. The following surcharges apply:
Light Service - Light service will include the bed being made, bin emptied & a towel change - $50.00
Stop Over Service - Our stop over service includes the bed being made, bins emptied, bathroom cleaned, room vacuumed, towels change & toiletries refreshed - $80.00
Full Service - Full service includes a full linen and towel change, vacuuming done, bathroom and kitchen cleaned, toiletries refreshed, tea & coffee refreshed, bathrobes refreshed - $150.00

What are your check-in and check-out time?
Our check-in time is from 2:00: pm, early check-in may be arranged but is subject to availability.
The check-out time is 10:30 a.m.
Can we smoke in our suites?
The ADGE Apartments is a non-smoking property. Fines will apply if you are found to be smoking within the building.
Is there complimentary internet access?
Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi during their stay at the ADGE Apartments. This is available throughout the building; lobby and your apartment.
What can I do if I've left an important item behind (Lost Property) after my stay?
Leaving behind a personal item or an important document is sometimes part of the travel experience.
It is an important priority and we will try our very best to find your valuable item. Please contact the hotel at email@example.com.
What transfers are available from the airport?
Once you arrive at the airport make your way to the Travellers Services counter after you collect your luggage. You can book a return shuttle direct to the hotel for around $30.00 per person or $15.00 one way.
If you are arriving after 8 pm, please make other arrangements as the last shuttle is at 8.30 pm.
A taxi will cost around $40.00 - $50.00.
Our friendly concierge team can assist you to make your return booking from the hotel to the airport.

Where are the best areas for dining or recommended restaurants?
There are so many areas to dine in and around Sydney, depending on what you are looking for and the kind of atmosphere you prefer. In Sydney, you will find a wide variety of restaurants when you explore the local area Surry hills or venture out to Darling Harbour, Chinatown/Haymarket, or The Rocks.

Will my credit card be charged immediately when making a booking and before my arrival?
The credit card provided will be charged in full fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Bookings made for stays within 14 days will be charged at time of booking.

If the credit card provided on this booking is not present at the time of check-in and you wish to pay for the accommodation and or for incidentals then a chargeback form will need to be completed and sent to the hotel prior to the guest arrival. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are also arriving after concierge hours, this needs to be arranged prior to your arrival. please contact ADGE.
Are there any laundry / self-laundry facilities in my suite?
Yes, each suite has full laundry facilities which include a washing machine and dryer. Dry cleaning services are also available (charges apply).
Is it safe to leave my personal belongings in my suite?
In-house guests are given key cards, which have been set up with its own unique security code. In addition, there is a safe in each bedroom that enables you to place your personal belongings and lock it by keying your own unique secret pin code.
What are the best ways to get around town and surrounds?
Our hotel is conveniently located in the lively suburb of Surry Hills - just a short walk from Sydney's CBD. If you're looking to get out and about, we are minutes from the vibrant restaurant and shopping precincts of Crown and Oxford Street.
If you want to enjoy the rest of Sydney - that won't be a problem either; The ADGE Apartments is just around the corner from Central Station; the public transport mecca that will make exploring the city very easy.
How far is Central Station/ Darling Harbour/ Circular Quay from the Hotel?
Central station is located 1.1 km from the hotel, Approximately 10-12-minute walk.
Darling Harbour has located 1.2 km from the hotel, Approximately 10-15-minute walk.
Circular Quay is located 2.2 km from the hotel, Approximately 20-25 minute walk.
Har far away is the nearest supermarket or shop?
There are a number of 24-hour convenience stores in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
There is a Woolworths within a 5-minute walk of the hotel and Aldi is just at the end of the Street.
What activities or attractions are available for my children?
There are numerous options for children of all ages near the hotel. Just to name a few the Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Wildlife World and Madame Tussauds promise a great day out for the family!
