What is your check-in and check-out time?

Our check-in time is from 2pm, an early check-in may be arranged but is subject to availability.

The check-out time is 10.30 a.m. If you wish to check out earlier then 7:30am please proceed to the Cambridge Hotel Sydney located through the ADGE lobby and past the restaurant.

We have luggage storage facilities should you need to store your luggage prior to check in or after check out.

     

What hours is the concierge available?

The conciere desk is available from 7:30am to 10:30pm. If you wish to contact the Concierge after hours please dial '8100' and we'll be able to assist you.         

      

How much does breakfast cost?

Hotel guests can enjoy a full buffet breakfast in our restaurant for $20 per person. 

Breakfast is served in a buffet style and includes hot dishes such as toast, hash browns, bacon, eggs of your choice, sausages, a selection of fruit, muesli and yoghurt, all topped off with your choice of Italian coffee.

      

Can we smoke in our suites?

The ADGE Hotel is a non-smoking property. Fines will apply if you are found to be smoking wihtin the building.

       

Is there complimentary internet access?

Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi during their stay at the ADGE Hotel. This is available throughout the building; lobby and your apartment.

      

What can I do if I've left an important item behind (Lost Property) after my stay?

Leaving behind a personal item or an important document is sometimes part of the travel experience.

It is an important priority and we will try our very best to find your valuable item. Please contact the hotel on 1800 251 901 or  our concierge  desk on +61 2 8093 9888.

          

What transfers are available from the airport?

Once you arrive at the airport make your way to the Travellers Services counter after you collect your luggage. You can book a return shuttle direct to the hotel for around $30.00 per person or $15.00 one way.

If you are arriving after 8pm, please make other arrangements as the last shuttle is at 8.30pm.

A taxi will cost around $40.00 - $50.00.

Our friendly concierge team can assist you to make your return booking from the hotel to the airport.

How can I organize a personal grocery shopper?

Imagine turning up to your apartment with a fridge full of all the groceries you require throughout your stay. Well guess what? Here at ADGE that can happen! Prior to arrival or during your stay our guests get the chance to select a range of groceries required from our local supermarket.

Where are the best areas for dining or recommended restaurants?

There are so many areas to dine in and around Sydney, depending on what you are looking for and the kind of atmosphere you prefer. In Sydney, you will find a wide variety of restaurants when you explore the local area Surry hills or venture out to Darling Harbour, Chinatown/Haymarket, or The Rocks.

Where can I store my luggage?

Should you arrive at the hotel earlier than check in time we will be more than happy to store any luggage until the room is ready free of charge. Guest can also store luggage post check out if required.

Our knowledgeable concierge team are located at the front desk and will be able to provide you with information of all the local attractions Sydney has to offer.

Will my credit card be charged immediately when making a booking and before my arrival?

The credit card provided will be charged in full seven (7) days prior to arrival. Bookings made for stays within 7 days will be charged at time of booking.

If the credit card provided on this booking is not present at time of check-in and you wish to pay for the accommodation and or for incidentals then a charge back form will need to be completed and sent to the hotel prior to the guest arrival. Please email reservations@adgehotel.com.au.

        

Do you have a car park and how much does it cost?

Car parking is available at $35.00 per day. This is situated beneath the Cambridge Hotel Sydney, with the entrance located off Lower Campbell Lane.

*Parking is not suitable for large Sedans and SUV's, as there is a height clearance of 1.8m. There is also a steep upward entry point, low profile cars may have difficulty on entry and exit which may cause damage. The hotel accepts no liability for any damage. Spaces cannot be guarantee. The closest car park with a height allowance of 1.98 meters is located on corner of Elizabeth & Goulburn Street.

         

Are there any laundry / self-laundry facilities my suite?

Yes, each suite has full laundry facilities which include a washing machine and dryer. Dry cleaning services are also available.

     

Is it safe to leave my personal belongings in my suite?   

In-house guests are given key cards, which have been set up with its own unique security code. In addition, there is a safe in each bedroom that enables you to place your personal belongings and lock it by keying your own unique secret pin code.

       

What are the best ways to get around town and surrounds?

Our hotel is conveniently located in the lively suburb of Surry Hills - just a short walk from Sydney's CBD. If you're looking to get out and about, we are minutes from the vibrant restaurant and shopping precincts of Crown and Oxford Street.

If you want to enjoy the rest of Sydney - that won't be a problem either; The ADGE Hotel is just around the corner from Central Station; the public transport mecca that will make exploring the city very easy.

Room service is available 24 hours a day with a menu offering a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

          

Do we have a minibar in our suite?

Yes, in-room minibars are available in all of our guest suites.

         

How far is Central Station/ Darling Harbour/ Circular Quay from the Hotel?

Central station is located 1.1 km from the hotel, Approximately 10-12-minute walk.

Darling Harbour is located 1.2 km from the hotel, Approximately 10-15-minute walk.

Circular Quay is located 2.2 km from the hotel, Approximately 20-25 minute walk.

Har far away is the nearest supermarket or shop?

There are a number of 24-hour convenience stores in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

There is a Woolworths within a 5-minute walk of the hotel and Aldi is just at the end of the Street.

What activities or attractions are available for my children?

There are numerous options for children of all ages near the hotel. Just to name a few the Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Wildlife World and Madame Tussauds promise a great day out for the family!
