Baccomatto uses the freshest of ingredients including all their pasta made fresh on a daily basis. Breakfast

ADGE Hotel guests can also enjoy daily breakfast at Baccomatto Osteria for $20 per person.

Raita Noda

Located in the ADGE lobby, Raita Noda, formerly Head Chef of Ocean Room, has created an intimate and personal atmosphere, serving only omakase (chef's selection) in a 10-course degustation for 8 guests at a time. Raita makes all food on the spot in front of his guests expertly displaying some of the exquisite techniques used to create the washoku dishes.
